The training programs on this website are designed to get the most out of each and every person who takes part in cycling and whatever your ability, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced rider, I Ryan Connor the website owner and cycling coach will have a program to help you achieve this aim.
Currently, 2010- 11, I am serving as the Cycling Ulster Road manager and through both this post and my past experience as a rider I have found that I have come to enjoy the coaching aspect of cycling.
I have been training cyclists for several years and now want to broaden my horizons and provide my cycling coaching services to more athletes on a worldwide basis.
My role as a cycling coach is to get each and every one of my riders to reach their maximum potential, without wasted effort and to achieve any fitness goals and aspirations that they have.
I have vast experience of cycling at all levels including top level international racing and with this knowledge I am coaching riders of all ages and abilities to be the best they can.
If you are wanting more than the usual miles, miles and more miles approach, you have come to the right place.
I will be able to give you simple but highly effective cycling training programs, which are both exciting to do and with results which will leave you keen to do more.
